Specific Terms
SHOPPING:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website using the Navigation tabs on each page. When you have found a product that you wish to order, select your size from the drop down list and add it to your shopping basket by clicking the "Add to basket" button.

CLUB WEBSHOPS:

All orders placed on the CLUB WEBSHOPS are bespoke items. Once they have been embroidered with a Club badge, initials or a name they are non returnable. O’Neills Sports will only refund items which have been sent in error by ourselves.
We do not hold stock of embroidered items all the stock is plain and we only embroider the items which are placed from orders through the website.
If you are unsure of sizing please call the O’Neills Sports office (01484 422455) where we will be happy to help. We can send out plain samples which you can then try on to help with your ordering.
We may charge a carriage fee for this service
PURCHASING and PAYMENT:

Once you have completed your basket, proceed to the checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button at the top of your page. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order request.
We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment. You may safely provide your credit card information via phone, mail or over the Internet.
You will receive an order confirmation by email this will contain your unique order number, please quote your order number in all communications.
If you are shopping from outside the U.K., for example, North America, place your order in Sterling and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
BACK ORDERS:

If your item is not in stock, we will place on back order for you. You will always
be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
SHIPPING and HANDLING:

For products to be delivered within the United Kingdom we will ship either by first class post or delivery by carrier. These will be available during the checkout procedure
DELIVERY:

Goods are not dispatched until full payment has been received. We aim to dispatch all embroidered or printed club webshop orders within 10 working days from the order date.

School orders will be despatched within 14 days. If this is not possible the customer will be informed of any delay.

Non branded stock (no embroidery/print or initials) items to be dispatched within 5 working days.

Where delivery cut-off dates have been agreed with your club, school or college delivery lead times will be clearly shown on the relevant order.
RETURNED ITEMS: 

You have statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, 2014, that you can return any non personalised items within 14 days of receipt at your own expense.

Please contact us by phone or email prior to any returns being made.
We class all football clubs, universities, schools HM forces and other businesses, as business to business customers. These orders are governed by different rules to that of the standard Distant Selling Regulations, 2014. With business to business, you cannot automatically return goods for credit, or cancel outstanding orders ordered specifically for you from our trade suppliers. All returns and cancellations are at the discretion of O’Neills Sports and may involve a restocking fee charged by our suppliers.
We will only replace or refund embroidered or printed items if we have sent out incorrect goods or there is a fault with the garment.
REPLACEMENT GARMENTS:

Where replacement garments are required due to incorrect choice of sizes garments may need to be reordered & postage costs for replacements may be charged to the customer.
TAX CHARGES:

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added unless they are junior sizes.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY:

Our shopping cart uses an SSL certificate with "High-grade
encryption(AES-256 256 bit)". All details are held in the strictest confidence. We will process your order in the best possible way and once an order is complete, your payment details are shredded.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS:

All goods remain the property of Sportstop Ltd (trading as O’Neills Sports) until paid for in full.
